File Request

‍We’re excited to announce a new feature that will enhance your document management experience on Loopboard: automated File Requests! This update enables you to streamline and control document flow at every stage of the process. Here’s what’s new:

• File Request View: File requests now appear directly in the files section, allowing you to easily see which documents are pending, in progress, or completed.
• Automated File Requests: You can now automate file requests to clients or colleagues, helping prevent delays in processes that depend on external documentation.
• Request Files Directly from the Files Section: With just one click, you can request specific documents directly from the files section of any process. This centralizes all documentation actions in one place, and collected files will appear on the respective card.

This feature simplifies file management and boosts your workflow efficiency. Explore the new feature on Loopboard and automate your processes even further!

New Automations

• Data Creation Automation: Create Data items automatically through a board automation.
• Email Automation: You can now attach static files to emails you send.
• Task Creation Automation: Save time by automatically creating tasks when entering or exiting a step.
• Field Update Automation: We’ve added the option to assign items to a specific user with this automation.

QuickBooks and Siigo Integrations‍

We’ve added two new integrations with accounting systems, making it easier to manage invoices and receivables. Consolidate your accounts receivable and automate the collection process.

Workflows

• Add users to the board with view-only permissions.
• Upload processes to your board via a .xlsx file.
• Choose a card property to serve as the card title.

Data

• Select the primary field in any data table to help with duplicate management. This makes it easier to handle and organize your records.
